Story Of “Humanity of the World Trust”

The Four spirited youngsters of a village wish to help budding poor children for their education. The Childhood impact and the poor family background of them kindled the idea to improve education and empower the society. So, they joined hands with the like-minded friends and youngsters to enhance the quality of the rural area.

In 2007, they started to encourage the school students by providing stationeries and distributing prizes to the school toppers in the village. Then they decided to form an authorized trust to widen the service in education, health, and women empowerment. Thus they formed the “Humanity of the World Trust” in Feb 2014. 

The Humanity Trust was inaugurated on 16th August 2014 by the chief guest Dr.Swetha.

The HOTWT was started with 4 trustees and now has 8 Trustees and 10 Volunteers. Every year on August 15, the Independence day is celebrated as the Humanity Trust Day.

Currently, HOTWT has successfully accomplished 5 projects such as Vidhya Vahini, Kanini Pattarai, Aangila Vizhudhugal, Aarogiyam and Empower the soft hands and helped 500+ students. They are now becoming the trustworthy education supporters among the students. The villagers are believing that the growing village is from the seeds sown by the HOTWT.

The HOTWT has gained 80G exemption approval which benefits the donors for tax exemptions. The trust has been raising funds from individual contributors among the friends and relatives. In order to serve better and help more needy children, they are seeking support from external sources.
